Bad Omen is a crossover event published by Valiant Comics in 1994. The event consists of two issues of the first volume of Harbinger, and two issues of the first volume of H.A.R.D. Corps. All four issues were written by Maurice Fontenot, and illustrated by the regular series artists.
The story involves the H.A.R.D. Corps' attempt to assassinate Toyo Harada, and the Harbinger Foundation's attempts to save him.
