The Biosphere Oversight Base, or simply B.O.B., is a floating military vessel operated by the organization G.A.T.E., replacing the Love Boat. The B.O.B. is a former Sputnik that was taken from the Brothers of the Bomb by Colonel Jamie Capshaw.
