Enter the world of Bloodshot in this brand-new Black, White, and Blood anthology! Meet Bloodshot, the world's deadliest assassin! A super soldier engineered with Nanites, a versatile nanotechnology that allows Bloodshot to repair the damage inflicted on his body, change his appearance, and control machines.
From the creative minds of some of the world's most renowned creators like Shintaro Kago, Brian Azzarello, Eduardo Risso, Ariel Olivetti, Kevin Van Hook, Marc Guggenheim, Tim Seeley, Danny Earls, Fernando Dagnino, David Baille, Timmy Heague, Luciano Saracino, Guillermo Fajardo, Joao Azeitona, Renato Guedes, Mico Suayan and many more!
In this first issue, Bloodshot is put to the limit when scientists try to farm never-ending meat from his self-repairing body to stop hunger in the world. Experience Bloodshot's feelings as he confronts his demons in a deadly mission in the desert... And what will happen when a serial killer interrupts his favorite new movie at the theater? Then, for the first time, the crossover nobody was asking for: it's Bloodshot versus... Mickey M?
Each tale deeply explores Bloodshot's psyche, tackling themes of identity, justice, and sacrifice in a world saturated with black, white, and blood-red shades.

Quotes[]
My mission. I'd come to Chicago on the hunt for a human trafficking ring out of Las Vegas. Followed the trail to a scumbag people called "Noah..." as in "Noah's Ark..." as in a collector of living things.
- -- Bloodshot
You've got these Nanites. It's not just that they work so efficiently and so well coordinated after you get shot or blown up. It's what they're able to do with such relatively little protein. You think of yourself as a self-healer. But what you really are is a massive meat producer. And I can use that, Bloodshot... I can use you to feed the future.
- -- Morgan
You're insane!! Bat-shit fucking nuts! I'm not your goddamn pink-slime machine!
- -- Bloodshot
Kid, I'm warning you!
- -- Bloodshot
Notes[]

- Ariel Olivetti's cover artwork is a homage to the iconic cover of Rai (Volume 2) #0 (November 1992).
- Barry Windsor-Smith's cover of the Ashcan Edition is a "black, white, and red" version of his own cover for Bloodshot #1 (February 1993) in combination with the background of the iconic Rai #0 cover (see link above).
- Shintaro Kago's cover is exclusive for backers of the Kickstarter campaign.[1]
