- This is the final issue of Bloodshot (Volume 1). The story ends with an onimous "The End...?" leaving open the possibility that Bloodshot and possibly others might have survived the final explosion, but given that the series and the line were both cancelled, this is treated as their death.
- This is the final appearance of the Valiant Comics era version of Bloodshot. Following this, Bloodshot is rebooted as part of the Acclaim Comics era in Bloodshot (Volume 2).[1]
