Bobby Ripp is an American actor who used to be a good guy until he starred in an Oliver Stone movie. Now he's partying all night, taking drugs, and punching out photographers, musicians, and his new neighbors, Armstrong and Obadiah Archer. He is shot by Pamela Trice, another neighbor, and according to Armstrong "if ever someone needed killing, it was Bobby."
