Broken Angel, real name Angela Peace Baingana, is a human scientist possessed by an extra-dimensional alien. The being that took over her body is also a scientist, and will ally herself with any faction that allows her to continue pursuing her experiments on humans. She began her career as a member of Project Rising Spirit but later defected to Toyo Harada's Harbinger Foundation and the Foundation Zone.

Being possessed by an alien entity she got in contact with during a PRS mission that sent her to the "Living Room", the Angela Vessel has no human feelings anymore and her actions and scientific experiments are often amoral and unethical.
