In the Valiant Universe, Darque Power is a synonym for "black magic" and the "necromantic energy" that is given off by all creatures upon their deaths. The most powerful user of this energy is Master Darque who can talk people into killing themselves and reanimate dead bodies to create his own "army of the dead".
