Dinesh Shamdasani is the former CEO and Chief Creative Officer of Valiant Entertainment. He co-founded Valiant Entertainment, Inc. with his friend and fellow student Jason Kothari in 2005. In early 2018, Dinesh was forced to leave the company when DMG Entertainment took full ownership of Valiant Entertainment.
Shamdasani is an Indian-American who was born in Dubai, U.A.E. When he was four years old, his family moved to Hong Kong. Later he returned to the U.S. to study at USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles, California.[1] He has been a fan of Valiant Comics since he was a young teenager.[2]
