Donald Slocum was a high-ranking member at Quantum Laboratories Corporate Headquarters. He received a surprise visit from representatives of the E.R.A., who had bought the entire company to obtain information on employee Derek Henderson's energy research. Unbeknownst to him, Donald's water had been contaminated with flesh-eating genetically-engineered parasites by the E.R.A., killing him shortly after Quantum and Woody arrive at the scene.
