In the Pre-Order Edition Tom Muller is credited for the creation of the Bloodshot Salvation logo.
The 1:250 Retailer Incentive variant cover is the company's second "Brushed Metal" cover following the 1:500 Retailer Incentive variant cover for X-O Manowar (Volume 4) #1. For 250 copies of regular covers (A/B/C) or 250 copies of their own retailer/store exclusive variant covers, retailers would get 1 copy of the Brushed Metal cover.
The Larry's Comics Exclusive Cover by Bob Layton is a homage to John Romita Jr. (JRJR) & Layton's iconic cover of Iron Man #150 (1981). The exclusive covers for issues #2-4 feature the same artwork but B&W (#2), Throwback Trade Dress (#3), and Throwback Trade Dress in B&W (#4).
