Sam Yoon Kim, codename Flatline, is a member of the corporate strike team known as H.A.R.D. Corps. Following an accident that put him into an irreversible coma, he was revived by Omen Enterprises with a special neural implant that gives him access to a variety of powers. Omen allows him to keep the neural implant and stay alive in exchange for performing combat missions with H.A.R.D. Corps.
