Hammerhead, real name Virgil Peeves, is a member of the H.A.R.D. Corps combat unit working for the secret military organization Project Rising Spirit. Their mission is to hunt down and capture or neutralize rogue psiots. Like all members of H.A.R.D. Corps, he has a neural implant that gives him access to a variety of psiot powers. This implant can be detonated at any time.
He was killed during the events of Harbinger Wars.
