The Harbinger Powers Database contains information about the Harbinger abilities. There are two different databases: One in the hands of Omen Enterprises that is used to control and operate the neural implants of the H.A.R.D. Corps to simulate the Harbinger abilities (one at a time). The second database, deemed to be much larger, is in the hands of Toyo Harada and the Harbinger Foundation.
Centuries later, the database would be integrated into the Psi-Lords' Molmachs, an advanced version of the implants combining it with nano-technology.

H.A.R.D. Corps Modes[]
A list of the different "modes" the H.A.R.D. Corps control liaison – Softcore, Lifeline, and Safeguard – can activate in the neural implants of their field agents so it can simulate Harbinger abilities. The abilities are linked to the categories that list the characters (Harbingers) who have these powers (or a power that equal the ability).
