Hideyoshi Iwatsu is a Japanese businessman and the head of Musashi Labs, also known as Project Rising Spirit. He is responsible for the creation of the super-soldier Bloodshot. His successors following his death are his protege Tanaka and his incompetent son Yoshi Iwatsu.
