Jason Poole is the so-called Emergency Manager of Detroit, Michigan, who's managed to turn declining Detroit into a wealthy uprising city, again, that is now called Rook. The keys to his success are the energy drink MoMoo and selling weapons to the Middle East.
He's the father of Adele Poole aka The Black Sheep.
