Jessie is the daughter of Magic and Ray Garrison (Bloodshot). Jessie inhereted her father's nanite-enhanced bloodstream, granting her rapid healing and superhuman strength as well as the ability to communicate with technology. She was rapidly (and oddly) aged from an infant to a young teen by Deadside energy.
