Joseph Archer is a Reverend and the husband of Congresswoman Thelma Archer. Together they are leaders of the Dominion, a secret Conservative Christian organization that trains children to become assassins for their holy crusade. This group also belongs to the ancient conspiracy known as the Sect. Their base of operations is a Creationist theme park called Promised Land located in Ohio.
