Loa-Killers are a breed of dangerous and hateful spirits. As their name suggests, they are most known for the murderous spite they hold for the voodoo spirits, or "Loa". Their reputation is so intimidating that even a Loa God like Baron Samedi cowers at their presence.
History[]
While the precise origins and nature of the Loa-Killers are unknown, their hate for the Loa is considered ancient even by the timeless Baron Samedi.
Physiology[]
The Loa-Killers are described as spirits, granting them abilities commonly associated with ghosts, such as flight and invisibility. They also can create poison strong enough to temporarily cripple the powerful Shadow Loa. Unlike their Loa counterparts, they don't need to "ride" a host, instead manifesting on their own. Some Loa-Killers have been channeled through conduits, although this is not a requirement, as when the conduit was destroyed they simply turned on their would-be master.
