Synopsis[]
Magnus and his allies refuse to aid Lazlo Noel's mad plan to destroy North Am's Weather Control. In the end, Magnus must once again battle Noel, despite their mutual hatred of the Malevs. But Noel proves too much for Magnus, and weather control is destroyed. As Noel and Magnus rise from the rubble, a new threat appears -- Mekman, the new Malev Vizier.[1]

- Continued from Rai and the Future Force #11 (July, 1993).
Quotes[]
So you're the one who trained Magnus to murder robots.
- -- Tekla
Your logic is faulty. Magnus never killed robots because robots are not alive.
- -- 1-AB
How can you look at me and say I am not alive?
- -- Tekla
You are a construct, albeit a marvelous one of fascinating caomplexity. But you -- and I -- are creations of humanity and, thus, their servants.
- -- 1-AB
Your logic is sound but your premise is faulty. My thoughts are my own. If I am not alive, what am I? Your prejudices are the result of your initial programming which you have never refuted.
- -- Tekla
I would say that argues my point.
- -- 1-AB
But others have confronted and rejected our initial programming. Just because you haven't doesn't mean others are incapable of it.
- -- Tekla
You both miss the point! All robots are abominations which should be destroyed -- not just rogue Freewills! Magnus' failure is he never went far enough.
- -- Lazlo Noel
