Mekman worships mechanical life and is a supreme practitioner of the hu-mimic process. He was psycho-probed after he tried to kill humans so that robots (Freewills) could become the dominant life form in North Am in the 41st Century. After the Malev invasion he becomes their new "Malev Vizier" replacing the old one.
