Midnight, real name Earl Simkus, is a high school dropout who is employed at Starstep; a company that is developing high-end technology for the Harbinger Foundation. Since he is a brilliant hacker, Toyo Harada hired him in his quest to bring down the H.A.R.D. Corps.
