Morris Kozol is the Director of the secret military organization known as Project Rising Spirit. This position has also made him an important figure in the ancient conspiracy known as The Sect. His predecessor was Simon Oreck. Kozol is responsible for rebuilding the H.A.R.D. Corps program dismantled by Oreck, and recruiting the rogue super-soldier Bloodshot.
