The Nimbus Ring is orbiting Earth to which it is connected by three Space Elevator Stations; one is on Borneo, Indonesia, and another one is in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, while the location of the third station is unknown. It was planned, designed, and partially built (Congo station) by Toyo Harada and the Foundation Zone, and later continued by Rising Spirit.
