Psiot City is a neighborhood in Chicago, named after its primarily psiot inhabitants. It is centered around an old Harbinger Foundation complex, where the city forced its Psiot residents to live after the events of the second Harbinger Wars and Toyo Harada's supposed takeover of Africa.

- Being a psiot-controlled portion of a major United States city, Psiot City is comparable to the (now-destroyed) Free City of Rook, although with the important distinction that the Free City was founded by psiots, instead of the psiot population being forced there.
- Young Ago cited the Free City, its de facto leaders Generation Zero, and their eventual massacre at the hands of the H.A.R.D. Corps as a source of inspiration for Psiot City activists.[1]
