The Psycho-Probe is a neural device to suppress any aggressive behavior in one's mind thus turning even the most hopeless cases and worst criminals into peaceful citizens who wouldn't hurt a fly anymore. It was invented by Doctor Pincus, a scientist in North Am in the 41st Century.
