Rachel Hopson is an employee of Toyo Harada and a member of the Harbinger Foundation. She is a Psiot Sensate who acts as a recruiter for the Foundation.
History[]
Rachel was involved with the recruitment of Peter Stanchek, and she was later instrumental in the murder of Joe Irons. In retaliation for this crime, Peter implanted psychic impressions of Joe in her preconscious, causing her to project the state mental hospital where Joe lived and live in that projection. Through extensive psyche reconstruction she eventually recovered enough to resume her role as recruiter.
