Synopsis[]
Out to rid themselves of Rai, their enemy, the Humanists sabotage Japan's Nerveweb. Rai attempts to travel through the web, only to find himself trapped within, facing an electronic monster! Meanwhile, Kazuyo is attacked by Healer assassin, Makiko. Kazuyo bests Makiko, even as Rai escapes from the Nerveweb trap. But Rai is losing favor with the people of Japan, and the Healers couldn't be happier about it![1]

Quotes[]
The restoration underground -- "Healers"" -- want to depose us, return Japan to centralized computer control! And during a recent police action, Commander Nakadai disobeyed orders! Put victory in jeopardy to assist her husband, the current Rai! And while Rai is superhumanly powerful, his loyalty has been uncertain. Now, the same holds true for his wife! The Citizen Council thus demands that Kazuyo Nakadai be decommissioned, and that her alien-forged battle armor be confiscated at once!
Arguments win nothing.
