- The storylines in this issue and Magnus, Robot Fighter #38 take place at the same, spanning the period of time between 4003 and 4019 A.D. following the events in Rai and the Future Force #22 and the death of Takao Konishi, the last Rai. This issue focuses on Ladakh and how Torque Clane and the Rai kids, Takashi Nakadai & Obadiah Konishi, are raised. The Magnus issue focuses on North Am, establishing the Terran Consortium.
