Rampage is an enemy of the Nanite-empowered super-soldier Bloodshot. Originally he existed as a destructive program called the "Rampage Protocol" hidden inside of Bloodshot's Nanites, designed to make Bloodshot go berserk and assassinate political targets. The program eventually gained sentience and built its own separate body. In this new form, "Rampage" became obsessed with destroying Bloodshot.
