Rising Spirit Technologies (RST) is a company and military contractor specialized in weapons, neural prosthetics, and nanite technology. According to their leader Dr. Emil Harting they work for the U.S. Military.
They resurrect the former soldier Ray Garrison, who was killed in action, and turn him into the nanite-fueled super-soldier known as Bloodshot.
