Sai was created by Father as the sixth "Rai" and spirit guardian to protect New Japan. After one hundred years, her tenure ended in the mid-36th Century, and she was succeeded by Aboto.

Personality[]
Sai's personality was designed by Father to be a gentle touch, a guiding hand to help and lead Japan through times of crisis. Therefore, she was a calm, level-headed woman, who typically sought non-violent solutions to problems. This lead to her being well-liked among the New Japanese, but not well-respected among more violent crowds.[1]
