The Silver Lake Slasher is a failed experiment of Project Rising Spirit. A soldier crippled by war, Sgt. Jacob Cubbit's body rejected the Bloodshot formula, turning him into a mentally and physically scarred monster, who only seeks to live alone. His name comes from the legends that have sparked by children who have seen him in the woods around Silver Lake.

Personality[]
After his body rejected the Bloodshot experiments, much of Cubbit's mental state was damaged. He now speaks in broken English, and while mostly passive, is quick to bursts of violent anger.
