Synopsis[]

Back from the Spider Alien Moonbase, Phil recalls that before he destroyed his world, he had averted some imminent nuclear disasters. But the infamy he gained fixing those plants contributed to his horrifying downfall. So, this time around, he surreptitiously gets the plant personnel to notice the reactor leaks themselves, with no one the wiser that they were saved from a meltdown by the Man of the Atom!^[1]
