Synopsis[]
When Phil realizes that the new NRC representative, Rusk, isn't human, it becomes his first encounter with the Spider Aliens! Following Rusk to the aliens' Chicago headquarters, Solar discovfers that these aliens are stationed all over the planet with weapons capable of harming even a being of his immeasurable power!
