The Specialists are an elite combat unit of soldiers trained by Project Rising Spirit. They were developed by Simon Oreck who believe the existing H.A.R.D. Corps program was obsolete and Psiot soldiers would be the future. The Specialists proved loyal enough to Oreck that when he left Rising Spirit they continued to follow him.
