Takashi Kuramoto was a high-ranking executive of the Harbinger Foundation. When Toyo Harada fell into coma, Kuramoto lead the committee of the Foundation and made several questionable decisions such as using some Eggbreakers as lab rats and lowering the security standards that allowed the H.A.R.D. Corps an unsuccessful attempt of assassinating Harada. Harada--upon his return--then used the opportunity to set an example by firing Kuramoto and then forcing him to commit "seppuku."
