Synopsis[]
The H.A.R.D. Corps invade a Harbinger Foundation base and meet their match -- a scrawny electronics genius named Earl Simcus. Using his power scrambler, "Midnight Earl" is able to randomly switch their powers. Unable to effectively use their powers, and facing a small army of Harada's armored troopers, the H.A.R.D. Corps surrenders.[1]
