Synopsis[]
Harada has made arrangements to "buy" Estonia. His first step is the construction of a new aerospace factory. The H.A.R.D. Corps rookies are sent to stop Harada's plan and they fail in their first attempt. The more experienced psi-borgs arrive and, working together with the rookies, they take out Harada's factory.[1]
