Synopsis[]
A nerdy man is traveling through different alternate realities killing and collecting each and every realities' Jack Boniface. The man, Norbert, is doing this for Alexandre Darque who in return promises Norbert to re-unite him with his estranged and unstable wife, Daphne. Darque says he can make all their problems go away but there is one more Jack Boniface he has to get rid of first.

- The issue was shipped with Shadowman (Volume 3) #3 as a double issue (flipbook) with the Shadowman title being the main feature.
- It is the first of two preludes to Unity 2000. Each prelude is five story pages long.
- The cover is a homage to Shadowman #43.
