Synopsis[]

Notes[]
- We learn Bio-Tech's motivation, or at least part of it. We also learn the origin of his battle armor.
- Flamingo meets and befriends Chan.
- Matt has indeed had an UFO encounter, as hinted in issue #2.
- This issue has the "Birthquake" trade dress, but it is not clear why. This series does not seem to be starting a new direction or a new plot.
- Harbinger, last seen in #2, returns. For no obvious reason he has switched from his previous red costume to a new one in white and blue/purple.
